What can one experience in an Integrative Subtle Arts Session?

In an Integrative Subtle Arts session one can experience greater attunement to the nuances of the body and its systems. Development in sensitivity to the nervous system and the bodies subtle structures allows for deep healing to occur on physical, emotional, and etheric levels. Cultivating strength and flexibility within the bodies nervous, skeletal, glandular, and muscular systems aids in overall vitality and pain reduction. A new appreciation for the beauty of life emerges as the senses awaken to their intended luminosity.

The natural progression of practicing and receiving the Subtle Arts is the development of greater intuition, heightened sensuality, emotional regulation, creativity, feelings of lightness and vitality.
